[Ingredients] 100g tofu, 100g burdock or mushroom, 1.5 tablespoons soy sauce, 1.5 tablespoon grain syrup, 1 piece green chili pepper powder, 2 tablespoons perilla oil, sesame seeds as needed, oil as needed, salt as needed [Directions] 1. Cut the tofu into 1cm thick pieces. Add some salt on the sliced tofu. 2. Cut the burdock into fine julienne strips. 3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add oil. Pan-fry until golden brown on both sides. 4. Heat perilla oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the burdock and stir-fry. 5. Add the soy sauce and grain syrup into the skillet and stir-fry. 6. Halve the green chili pepper lengthwise and cut into julienne strips. 7. Combine tofu, burdock, and green chili pepper and mix well. Add sesame seeds.
