Seasoned Green Pumpkin and Oyster Mushroom

Ingredients

· 1 Green Pumpkin

· 100g Oyster Mushrooms

· 1 Green Chili

· 1 Red Chili

· Perilla Oil

· Cooking Oil

· 1T Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce

Directions

Wash the green pumpkin and slice into pieces. Tear the mushrooms into pieces.

Add Perilla Oil+Cooking Oil to the pan to sauté the prepared green pumpkin. Rest the sautéed green pumpkin in a bowl.

Stir-fry the prepared mushrooms with pinches of salt and ground pepper in high heat.

Mince the chilies and mix with the seasoning ingredients.

Mix the seasoning with the cooked green pumpkin and mushrooms.
