Stir-fried Dried Pumpkin Slices

Ingredients

· 150g Dried Pumpkin Slices

· Cooking Oil

· Perilla Oil

· 2T Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce

· 1T Perilla Seed Powder

· 1T Sesame Seeds

· 1C Vegetable Stock

· A pinch of salt

Directions

Wash the dried pumpkin slices in the running water. Sock the washed dried pumpkin slices in water.

When soaked, remove the excess water in the dried pumpkin slices and add the Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce to marinade.

Bring the marinated dried pumpkin slices to a pan and sauté in perilla oil. Add the vegetable stock to the pan and add the remainder of the above Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce and a pinch of salt.

When properly cooked, add the perilla powder to the pan and bring to sauté again. Top with sesame seeds.
