Vegetable Pancake with Green Pumpkin Strips

Ingredients

· 1 Green Pumpkin

· 1 Potato

· 1C Flour

· A pinch of salt

· Cooking Oil

Directions

Wash the potato, grate and sieve to collect the starch.

Wash the green pumpkin and shred. Add a pinch of salt to the shredded green pumpkin.

Add a pinch of salt, prepared potato and green pumpkin and flour to the starch and make a batter.

Pan-fry the mixture on a pan using the cooking oil into golden brown.
