Pumpkin Rice Cake

Ingredients

· 3C Rice Powder

· 100g Dried Pumpkin

· 150g Pumpkin

· ½ Kidney Beans

· ½ Peanuts

· 2t Salt

Directions

Wash the pumpkin and cut into pieces. Wash the dried pumpkin. Wash the beans and soak in water.

Add the salt to the rice powder and sieve twice. Mix the sieved mixture with the above prepared ingredients.

Steam for 30 to 40 minutes.
