Green Pumpkin and Tofu Soup

Ingredients

· ½ Green Pumpkin

· Tofu, 1t Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce

· 5C Water

· 10g Peppercorn

· A pinch of ground pepper

· A pinch of salt

Directions

Mash the tofu using sieve and spoon.

Meanwhile, shred the green pumpkin.

Put the water and peppercorn into a pot to boil. Remove the peppercorn off the pot after good amount of time. 4

Add to the pot the above green pumpkin and bring to a boil again. When boiling, add a pinch of salt and the mashed tofu and bring to a boil again. Add the ground pepper before turning off the heat.
