Watery Tomato Kimchi

Ingredients

· 3 Small Tomatoes

· ½ Cucumber

· 300g Radish

· 1 Red Chili

[Seasoning]

· 5C Purified Water

· A pinch of Red Chili Powder

· 3T Sugar

· 3T Vinegar

· Lemon Juice

· A pinch of salt.

Directions

Cut the radish into thin squares and pickle in the salt.

Slice the cucumber into 0.5cm-thick pieces.

Cut the tomatoes into 6 to 8 pieces, depending on size.

Slice the red chili into the equivalent pieces.

Put the prepared red chili into the purified water for color and add proper amount of vinegar and a pinch of salt for sweet-and-sour taste.

Wash the pickled radish pieces, remove excess water and mix with all ingredients.
