Peanut with Soy-Honey Glaze

Ingredients

· 3C Peanuts

· Cooking Oil

[Glaze]

· 2T Sesame Oil

· 3T Grain Syrup

· 3T Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce

· 1T Ginger Juice

Directions

Wash the peanuts and sock in water overnight.

Cook the soaked peanuts and reduce in the cooking oil, Grain Syrup, ginger juice and Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce stirring.
* Top with sesame seeds to your liking.
