Deodeok Strips seasoned with Pine Nut Juice

Ingredients

· 4 Roots of Deodeok

· 2T Pine Nuts

· 1t Black Sesame

· 1t Honey

· 1t Sea Salt

· 1T Sugar-preserved Omija Berry

Directions

Peel the deodeok and cut into 3cm pieces. Slightly soak in salted water.

Gently crush the pine nuts using the back of a knife, and chop the crushed pine nuts using the blade of a knife.

Slice the prepared deodeok, beat with a wooden roller and tear with hands.

Mix the prepared deodeok, pine nuts, sugar-preserved omija berry and honey, and add the sea salt to conclude.
