Seasoned Shredded Potato

Ingredients

· 2 (Medium-sized) Potatoes

· 1 Green Chili, 1 Red Chili

[Seasoning]

· 1t Salt

· 1T Grain Syrup

· 3T Sesame Seeds

· 1T Sesame Seed Oil

Directions

Peel the potatoes and cut into strips, and blanch in salted water.

Cut the chillies into thin strips.

Mix the potatoes and chillies with seasoning ingredients.
